Welcome to our FAQ page. We are here to provide clear answers to your questions regarding the booking process and how we achieve exceptional photography results. Step-by-step process
from booking to photo delivery

Reach Out!
First, please reach out to us regarding your photoshoot, wedding day, or event. From there, we will begin to gather all the necessary details to ensure everything goes smoothly.
The Details
To help us get started, we will need a few details.
1. When's your session or wedding date (or when you're hoping to book)?
2. Location or locations (we can also help with this!).
3. Which package are you thinking about? Check out our packages or ask for a custom package)
4. Any add-ons you're interested in? Our wedding packages have some cool extras!
Contracts and Invoices
Once we have all the needed details I will need your legal name(s) and email(s), and then I will send over the following. This will come as an email and we use a professional photography program called Shootproof for our invoices, galleries, contracts, and more.
1. A session contract (outlining the terms of the session, this protects you and me)
2. The model contract (s) (this gives me permission to share your beautiful pictures!).
3. The invoice (we differ in payment plans as well as the ability to pay in full).
Once all the contracts are signed and the non-refundable retainer is paid you are then secured on my calendar! The session contract will discuss the details more.
Shooting Day
We will meet at the agreed location on the selected date and time to capture your special moments. After the session, I will head home to edit the photos. For weddings, you can expect a preview gallery within 1-2 weeks, showcasing key moments from your day, followed by the full gallery. For other photoshoots, previews will also be delivered in 1-2 weeks, with the final gallery following 1-2 weeks later.
Gallery Delivery
Thank you for choosing our services! Your gallery will be sent via Shootproof, giving you access to all your photos without any extra charges for additional images. Feel free to download and share them as you wish, but please avoid taking screenshots to maintain the quality you deserve. While you can print your photos anywhere, we also offer high-quality printing through our lab. Remember, online galleries are temporary, and their duration will be specified in your delivery email. We recommend waiting for your final gallery before printing to ensure you select your favorites!
